 Part-time, 50% – help build a deeptech company in a fast-moving phase

About Radar Reticence

Radar Reticence develops next-generation radar technology for safer and more autonomous vehicles. Built on deep Swedish radar expertise and research from Halmstad University, our patented software-based solution makes automotive radar more robust against interference – one of the fastest-growing challenges in advanced driver assistance and autonomous mobility.

We are now entering an exciting growth phase: moving from advanced research and validated testing toward chip integration, customer proof-of-concepts and commercial deployment with leading actors in the mobility and radar ecosystem. In 2026, Radar Reticence secured long-term financing through a new investment round and was awarded EIC Accelerator funding from the European Union.

We are building the team that will take our technology from lab and prototype to the radar systems of future vehicles.

Do you want a central, hands-on role in a Swedish deeptech company developing next-generation radar technology for safer and more autonomous vehicles?

Radar Reticence is growing and we are now looking for a structured, responsible and self-driven person who can help create clarity, momentum and follow-through across projects, reporting, administration and internal processes. This is a broad 50% role for someone who enjoys coordination, structure, communication and practical execution.

What you will work with

  • Coordination and follow-up of internal and external projects.
  • Project administration related to grants, customer dialogues and collaborations.
  • Preparation and compilation of reports, meeting material and presentations.
  • Structuring deadlines, action lists, follow-ups and internal routines.
  • Coordinating meetings, workshops and external contacts.
  • Supporting financial and administrative follow-up.
  • Document management, agreements, signing processes and formal documentation.
  • Driving smaller initiatives from idea to execution.
  • Helping the company create structure in a fast-moving growth phase.

We believe you have

  • Very strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A high sense of responsibility and the ability to drive tasks independently.
  • Experience coordinating projects, processes or administrative workflows.
  • Strong communication skills in Swedish and English.
  • Ability to write clear summaries, reports and decision material.
  • Good digital skills and experience with tools such as Office, SharePoint, Excel or similar.
  • Ability to manage several parallel tasks without losing sight of the details.

It is a plus if you have experience with

  • Project management or project coordination.
  • Grant-funded projects, for example Vinnova or EU projects.
  • Startup, scaleup or technology company environments.
  • Financial administration, reporting or budget follow-up.
  • Communication, investor material or board material.
  • Agreements, document handling or formal decision processes.

Required

  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Able to make yourself understood in Swedish, both spoken and written.
  • Able to work from one of our offices in Linköping or Halmstad at least a few days per week.
  • Availability for a 50% part-time role.

Who you are

You are thorough, reliable and pragmatic. You see what needs to be done, take ownership and move things forward. You are comfortable in an environment where not everything is fully structured from the beginning – and where your ability to create structure makes a real difference.
